Karelia is
a land of taiga with a great part of jungles. Wild, sometimes pathless pinewood
and hardwood forests are natural resources of the region, and dream of any
traveler.

Amazing
nature of Karelia is a favorable place for calm relaxing on a lake or on the river
shore and also for more active even extreme rest: quad bikes and snowcats
safari, rafting and water touring, eco touring and jeep safari, hunting and fishing.
Everyone can find camping of their cup of tea.

Karelian
health-giving-quality minerals waters were already known during the First
Peter’s ministry, and the first Russian place resort, called Marcial waters,
was established by the First Peter’s Decree.
Historical-cultural
grounds of Karelia are one of the particular interests, such as the following
rune singer’s villages: White Sea Karelia, Karelian Pomerania, Segozerie,
Vygoretsia and others. Each territory has its unique architecture, culture
(life manners) and traditions.

There are
the world- famous wonders of Karelian nature:

largest in the Europe Onega and Ladoga Lakes;
